SHIPPING METHODS
Our products are shipped throughout Greece in the following ways.
- COURIER (for purchases up to 3 kg)
- TRANSPORT COMPANY
Large volume or weight orders are only shipped with a transport company.
We deliver free of charge to the transport agency that serves your area all over Greece. Agency transfer charges apply to the customer.
The payment of the transport costs is made to the transporter upon receipt and after the parcel has been checked, the delivery takes place only in the ground floor and not on floor. Some agencies do not deliver at home and the pick-up will have to be done from their headquarters by the customer.
Cash on delivery is not valid for shipments with a transport company. The goods are sent after the payment is confirmed and after consultation with the store. In some cases the products are accompanied only by a consignment note. In these cases, after being informed about the correct delivery, the shipments are invoiced and the sales documents (Retail Receipts or Sales Invoices) are sent, within a maximum of 20 working days from the date of receipt.

Delivery can also be made to your place with a cooperating transport agency. To find out the cost of shipping contact our store. The delivery of a large volume of products takes place on the sidewalk.
For Thessaloniki:
You can also pick up some products for free through your own means of transport from our partner network based there (eg Baklatsidis, Karag, Tema, Blanco, Macart, Sanitec, Acrilan, Adamidis etc.) and avoid any shipping costs. For more information contact our store.

Risk of Product Damage or Destruction
The shipped products are checked before being delivered to the transport companies by both our company and the transporters. Our company is not responsible for the destruction of products resulting from the transfer of products as the products travel under the responsibility of the customer and the carrier (in these cases we recommend the contact of the customer with the transport agency before the transfer).
To avoid any inconvenience, we would recommend that you should check the contents of the package upon receipt and in the presence of the carrier, to determine any damage to your products during transport. It is noted that the carrier is obliged to stay during the process of unsealing the products. A transport company has signed and received the goods for transportation, so it travels under the responsibility of the carrier.
In the event of a damaged product, ask the carrier to certify in writing and sign on the consignment note that it is damaged.
