RETURN POLICY
Withdrawal, order cancellation and product returns.
You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping and return costs of the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them along with the legal documents (shipping slip or sales invoice or retail receipt) and the packaging that came with the product.
In case of return of the products, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products. Items defective or different from your order will be returned at our expense. In cases of return of products, cancellation of orders or on your part refusal to receive the product by the courier company, you are obliged-for tax reasons-to notify us through a responsible declaration of law 1599/1986 the reasons for your return, cancellation or refusal. In case of refund due to unavailability of the product this can be done within 10 working days.
